Wallis and Futuna Overview

The overseas French territory of Wallis and Futuna is northeast of Fiji, west of Western Samoa, and south of Tuvalu. For some, Wallis and Futuna are idyllic tropical islands with a French flavour.

French Polynesian culture has taken hold here, with quiet towns and unassuming life. Hiking around crates lakes is a good way to pass the time, as well as just relaxing under the beach palm trees.

CLIMATE

Wallis and Futuna have a tropical climate. The rainy season runs between November and April whilst the cool, dry season lasts from May to October. The average temperature 26.6 °C.
