Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico Overview

Puerto Rico is a beautiful, fertile island about 1,000 miles southeast of Florida. It forms part of the boundary between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.

Puerto Rico effortlessly combines modern luxuries with the earthiness of the tropics. El Yunque Reserve is the only tropical rain forest designated as a US National Park. Easy trails lead through verdant wilderness, traversing the 1066 metre El Yunque peak.

CLIMATE

Temperatures average about 73 °F (23 °C) in January and 80 °F (27 °C) in July. Sea breezes make the climate much more comfortable in the summer months.
