UGANDA
The following countries are exempt from visa requirements to Uganda; COMESA Countries, Angola, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cyprus, Eritrea, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Italy (only Diplomatic Passports), Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Malta, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, St. Vincent, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

All other nationals will require a visa before travelling.

  
   
  UKRAINE
No visas are required for citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia and Uzbekistan. All other foreign nationals will require a visa.		  
   
  UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

  URUGUAY
Citizens from the following countries will require a visas to enter Uruguay: Albania, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Slovakia, Guyana, India, Morocco, Romania and Russia.

All other nationalities can enter visa free for a period of up to 90 days		  
   
  UZBEKISTAN
All foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa to enter Uzbekistan. Although the general visa requirements are not applicable to nationals of the CIS (except nationals of Turkmenistan, who do require a visa); passengers staying for a maximum of three days who already hold a visa for Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova or Russian Federation, or by passengers who are continuing their journey within 24 hours and are not leaving the transit area.

As well as a visa you will also require an invitation except for citizens of the Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the USA.
