If you are not from the CIS, you will require a visa which is valied for one month and an invitation before travelling to Russia. When you arrive in Russia, as well as your tourist visa, you are also required to present your confirmation voucher from your hotel and a return ticket with a fixed date of departure from Russia. If you are travelling on a cruise and wish to go sight-seeing within Russia, you will be required to have a visa.         RWANDA Visas are not required for nationals of the USA, Germany, Canada, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi and the DRC. All other nationals will require a visa before travelling.
