| MADAGASCAR All foreign visitors to the Republic of Madagascar will require an entry visa which is valid for 90 days and can be obtained on arrival at the airport for MGF 140,000. |

| MALDIVES Travellers will receive a free 30 day visa upon arrival. You must have a valid passport and a return forward air ticket plus a minimum of US$30.00 per person per day or a confirmed hotel reservation for the intended period of stay in the Maldives. |

| MALI All foreign nationals will require a an entry or transit visa except for ECOWAS countries who only require a national card or passport. |

| MALTA | ||
| MARSHALL ISLANDS Visas are not required for United States, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau nationals. All other foreign nationals will require a tourist visa which is valid for three months and issued upon arrival. |

| MARTINIQUE (FRENCH) The visa requirements are the same as France. |
||
| MAURITANIA Visas are required by all foreign nationals. |

| MAYOTTE The visa requirements are the same as France. |

| MEXICO If you intend on staying in Mexico for longer than 72 hours you will need to buy a tourist card, known as the Migratory Tourist Form (FMT) and is valid for six months allowing you multiple entries. The card can be brought at the border. If you are arriving by airline or cruise, your tourist card fee will be charged in the cost of your fare, and you will be issued your tourist card to fill out for Customs when you land. If you cross the border by any other means the immigration authorities will not take money for the card, you must go to a bank first, where upon they will stamp your tourist card paid. You must then go back to immigration and have your card stamped as valid. Although there is no time scale to get your card stamped, you would be advised to do it at the border and not later on into your trip. |

| MICRONESIA All travellers must have a valid passport and be valid for at least 120 days beyond the date of entry into Micronesia. Upon arrival, all non foreign nationals without a valid entry permit must present a completed immigration arrival and departure card, this form will be issued by the airline prior to your arrival at the point of entry. |

| MOLDOVA Visas are required by all forign nationals except nationals of Romania and CIS members. The citizens of EU member states, Canada, State of Israel and USA do not require an invitation to obtain a visa, but everyone else does. All foreign travellers must register with the police within three days of arrival. |

| MONACO The visa requirements are the same as France. |

| MONGOLIA The following nationals can enter Mongolia without a visa for the following amount of days. Hong Kong - 14 days, Israel - 30 days, Kazakhstan - 90 days, Malaysia - 1 month, Philippines - 21 days and Singapore - 14 days Everyone else will require a visa, which it is valid for 30 days. You can pass in transit without a visa, provided you have a ticket and a visa for your next destination. |

| MONTSERRAT Visa requirements are the same as the United Kingdom. |

| MOROCCO | ||
| MOZAMBIQUE All foreign nationals except South Africa require a visa, which are valid for three months from the date of issue. All visas must be obtained at the Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique. |

| MYANMAR A visa is required for entry into Myanmar and can be purchased at the airport for US$20 plus two passport photos, and are valid for 28 days. |
