Tourist cards can be requested at the Cuban consular in your country of residence. If you don’t have a consular in your country of residence the airline or tourist agent should give/sell you a visa card. You may also gain entry at the airport, but it is advisable to get a visa before arriving. No visas are availabe for Cuba for US citizens! |
