All foreign nationals require a visa. A visa application must be accompanied by an official invitation from a registered Kazakstan or Kazakstan-based organization. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs approves the application in Kazakstan, and will notify the Kazakstan Embassy in your country of origin, which issues the visa.

Do not need an invitiation for obtaining a single entry diplomatic, official, business, home stay or tourist visas for up to 30 days.
Also former citizens of Kazakhstan, their spouses and children, and persons who used to live permanently in Kazakhstan (must present original documents proving these statuses) do not need an invitation for obtaining a single entry visa for a home stay visit for up to 90 days. |
