Citizens of South Africa can enter Estonia with a valid Latvian or Lithuanian visa.
Visitors arriving on cruise ships to Estonian ports from 1 May to 31 October 2005 will be able to enter Estonia for a period of 12 hours without a visa. The cruise ship must be stopping at an Estonian harbour for no more than 72 hours and the visitors must have a valid travel document recognised by Estonia. Tourist can disembark only if their name is on a list guaranteed by the ship’s Captain and previously presented to the Border Guard.
Citizens of countries not mentioned above will require a visa to enter Estonia. |
