STANDING at the entrance to the Carrick Roads, (a stretch of water formed by the merging of seven estuaries), Falmouth offers an exceptionally mild climate, which assures it year round popularity.

With a huge natural harbour, the port still remains busy with pleasure craft and on the other side you find sandy beaches and pristine gardens. Where you can spend many hours just strolling around, taking in the sea views.

To find the best beaches take a leisurely stroll beyond Pendennis Point and you will discover Swanpool beach, which is a popular beach to swim from. Several miles further on is Maenporth, and from here you can discover some fine cliff walks, which can be used as a platform to admire the wonderful panoramic views.

With Falmouth's laid back attitude, its a destination that shouldn't go unmissed.
