CAMBRIDGE is a city where the beautiful architecture of its colleges reigns supreme.
With so many colleges situated within Cambridge, you are welcome to take a leisurely stroll around the secluded college courtyards and gardens. Although most of the colleges close their doors to the public during the exam period, which last from May to early June.
If you are unable to see inside the colleges, you can enjoy a peaceful stroll along the Backs, a rolling sweep of lawn leading down from St John's, Trinity, Clare, Kings and Queen's colleges to the rivers edge and where in the summer you can enjoy a punt down the river Cam.
Although Cambridge is a compact town, there is plenty on offer for you to easily stay for several days.
