BEING the second largest city in Britain, Birmingham is where the industrial revolution of the 1800's first took hold and can now be witnessed in several heritage museums and in its extensive network of canal's.
With a multi racial population the framework of the city is made up of the Chinese Quarter, where you will find many of the best bars. The Jewellery Quarter, where you will find some excellent retail outlets, and Digbeth, where the roots of the city first became established.
With several well know clubs, such as Miss Moneypennies, located in the city Birmingham has created a thriving club scene, which is recognised as one of the best in Britain, and a trip to Birmingham isn't complete without visiting one of its many curry houses, which can be found dotted all over the city.
