Trained personnel should be available to assist you when you are boarding and exiting the aircraft. If a ramp is not available, then a lifting device must be provided to enable you to enter the aircraft. Airlines will always give priority to disabled travellers, allowing you to pre-board the aircraft before all others.

If you are catching a connecting flight, the airline has the responsibility to assist you between the two flights.
