The airline advises that people with disabilities should be accompanied on the flight. Medical clearance is not usually required unless you are health risk to other passengers. The airline will carry your manual/electric wheelchair (with dry cell batteries) in the hold and have accessible toilets. Guide dogs are not allowed to travel. The airline are able to supply additional oxygen, although advance notice is required. The airline will also carry stretchers and cater for a variety of dietary requirements.

Narrow isle wheelchairs are available on board all aircraft and the airline will carry your manual/electric wheelchair (with dry cell batteries) in the hold. Unfortunately guide dogs are not allowed to travel, but the airline will carry stretchers. The airline are able to supply additional oxygen, although advance notice is required and will carry personal medical equipment in the hold. If you require essential medical equipment during the flight this will be provided by the airline

Cabin crew have disability training, although the airline advise passengers with disabilities to be accompanied. Wheelchairs are available on all aircraft and the airline will carry your manual/electric wheelchair (with dry cell batteries) in the hold. Guide dogs are not allowed to travel. The airline are able to supply additional oxygen, although advance notice is required. You may also carry your own supply. On larger aircraft stretchers can be carried and the airline will cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements.
