Cabin crew are not disability trained or unable to assist you with personal needs. The airline advise travellers with disabilities to be accompanied by another person. Medical clearance will not be required unless you are a health risk.
The airline will carry your manual/electric wheelchair (with dry cell batteries) in the hold. Guide dogs are not allowed to travel in the cabin. Additional oxygen can be supplied, although advance notice is required and the airline can cater for special dietary requirements. |

Narrow isle wheelchairs are available on larger aircraft and they will carry your manual/electric wheelchair (with dry cell batteries) in the hold, although wheelchair users may not be able to fly on smaller aircraft.
Guide dogs are allowed to travel on domestic flights, but are not allowed on international flights. Additional oxygen can be supplied, although advance notice is required, plus they can cater cater for special dietary requirements. Medlink heart monitors are placed on all long haul flights which provides assistance if you suffer from heart problems during mid flight. |
